U.S. Cellular offering cellphone-charging stations, places to “plug in” during tornado cleanup in Appomattox





In an effort to aid residents with the tornado cleanup, U.S. Cellular is offering phone charging station and “loaner” cellphones to make calls at area stores in Lynchburg, Appomattox and Fluvanna county.

U.S. Cellular will also set up a table with a hot spot connection so that those impacted will have access to a Wi-Fi connection to contact loved ones.
  
If central Virginia tornado victims need to make a phone call, charge their wireless device or access the Internet, U.S. Cellular will continue to provide support at these locations:
