Oliver Stone Discusses His New JFK Documentary with Books on Pod on 58th Anniversary of Assassination

UScellular is hosting a FREE Drive-In Movie in Morgantown on Aug. 27 and 28 at the WVU – Monongalia County Ballpark parking lot. “Movie Under the Stars” will feature “Shrek 2,” beginning at 8:00 p.m. and is free of charge each night. Voting is open in UScellular's 14th annual Black History Month Art Contest with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia. For the first time, voting is available online, and artwork from members in the Roanoke, Salem, Rocky Mount, Christiansburg, Shawsville, and Eastern Montgomery communities is represented.  Residents can visit uscellular/artcontest to vote for their favorite piece of original art. In January, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia members created artwork in recognition of influential Black people from around the globe, including historical figures, world leaders, athletes and celebrities. The 10 finalists were chosen by representatives from the Boys & Girls Club and local UScellular leaders based on creativity, quality, interpretation, clarity of theme and overall impression.
