(March 12, 2015) – Mayor Jenny Selin joined U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) and the Mountaineer Boys & Girls Club to announce the winners of the Black History Month Art contest at a special ceremony at the club’s campus at the former Woodburn Elementary School’s Campus. The contest, now in its 6th year, is designed to honor influential African-Americans and inspire students’ creativity and knowledge of these heroes. “I am impressed with the originality and talent of the artwork,” said Mayor Selin. “I will enjoy the event again this year and spending time with the children.” M
