That’s why U.S. Cellular is holding a free Device Workshop for seniors that offers a look at device technology and how it can work for a person’s specific needs. “Our associates are always available to assist anyone with questions,” said Brandi McCune, area sales manager for U.S. Cellular. “The free Device Workshops are a great opportunity to learn the best tips to enhance and simplify life through technology to start off the New Year.” The free Device Workshop will be held on Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Raleigh County Commission on Aging in Beckley located at 1614 South Kanawha Street Beckley, WV 25801. Va.  – Richwood Middle School in Nicholas County received more than $600 for technology needs through U.S. Cellular’s “Community Connections” program.  Richwood Middle School signed up to receive sponsorship dollars from U.S. Cellular at www.pearup.com/uscellular and then rallied their neighbors, friends and family to earn points that were converted into money for iPad devices. “Organizations like Richwood Middle School are at the heart of our communities.
