Store is Larger to Accommodate Growth, Better Serve Customers
Whether you prefer to call and text or you are a technology enthusiast who wants all the bells and whistles of a power-packed smartphone, U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) encourages customers to visit its relocated location in Wilkesboro at 1809 U.S. Highway 421 opening on Friday, September 28 at 10 a.m. Along with better accessibility, at the 1,600 sq.-foot store, customers can speak with an associate about the many benefits of being a U.S. Cellular customer, such as new devices faster without resigning contracts and the only points-based reward program in wireless.

The location provides a comfortable environment for associates to help customers choose the best plans and phones for their needs. Customers will be guided through the advanced features and functions on their new devices that keep them organized and enhance their lives. There are additional work stations. The store employs seven associates and features product information displays as well as interactive phone demonstration stations.

U.S. Cellular is also reminding residents to stop by the new store to pick up a voting code and vote online for their local school as part of the company's Calling All Communities campaign, which will award $1 Million to schools. The school that garners the most community votes will win $150,000 and the next 17 schools with the most votes will receive $50,000.
