To enter the contest, visit https://www.facebook.com/dentalplans and click on the Healthy Smile Makeover App under the “About” section, during the two-week contest entry period from June 18, 2014 to July 1, 2014. And submit two original photos that symbolize how you feel about your current and future smile with descriptions of each. Then, visitors to :DentalPlans’ Facebook page will vote for their favorites during the week of July 2, 2014 to July 8, 2014.  The top 10 entries that capture the most votes will then be reviewed by a :Dentalplans panel of judges, and a grand prize winner will be selected and announced July 18. The winner will receive a $5,000 dental care makeover, along with a dental plan of their choice to maintain their healthy smile all year. In addition, DentalPlans will be giving away dental savings plans to the top 9 runners-up.   

Last year, single mom, Stephanie Stewart Feld of Freeport, IL received $5,000 worth of free dental care as the winner of :DentalPlans’ smile makeover. Stephanie had her last appointment with Dr. Chad Reedy, DDS of Freeport, in the fall of 2013. The five-month treatment plan included an evaluation, x-rays, resin on two teeth, tooth extractions, and temporary and permanent dentures.
