On Wed. Oct. 4, from 3 pm – 5 pm, Josh Wray- sales manager and Elisabeth Moore- retail wireless sales associate both with U.S. Cellular helped over 40 members of the Mountaineer 4-H Club work on their “Incredible Wearable” Project at South Middle School to build a homemade fitness tracker as part of 4-H’s National Science Day across the country. Northern Garrett High School at 86 Pride Pkwy, Accident, MD 21520 held an assembly Mon., Sept. 25 to celebrate Coach Jonathan Houser¹s nomination to the top 50 most valuable coaches and to kick off voting for the program. Hundreds of students, school administrators and U.S. Cellular leaders and associates were on-site to celebrate the nomination and rally for the local community which starts now and runs through Oct. 9.
